【Event recap】Learning and Teaching Expo 2022 - Explore 5 STEAM Competitions organised by Trumptech!

Trumptech endeavors to step up in promoting STEAM education and we are delighted to participate in the annual education exhibition, Learning & Teaching Expo 2022 on 7-9 December and to share updates of our STEAM competitions to educators and students! To share the vision of STEAM education “for all”, “for fun” and “for diversity” as outlined in “The Chief Executive’s 2022 Policy Address” and The Education Bureau’s plan to enhance the learning of I&T learning in school, Trumptech offers a series of STEAM & AI education solutions along with international STEAM competitions to altogether develop students with a solid foundation in science, mathematics, technology and coding, and nurture them to be future I&T talents that can materialize their creative thinking to solving problems of the future!

Dr. Choi Yuk-lin, JP, the Secretary for Education visited Trumptech’s booth on the first day of the exhibition! We look forward to joining hands and nurturing innovation and technology talents in Hong Kong.

Global STEAM Tournament - FIRST® LEGO® League
Teachers and students were all excited about the coming SUPERPOWERED season which aims to seek solutions for developing a sustainable energy journey! They came around to know more about the competition and experience the missions in person!

CodeN’Sim Coding and Problem-solving Competition
The coding competition is designated to inspire primary students to creative expression and brushing up their computational thinking skills! The competition consists of 2 divisions, setting various challenges to P1-3 and P4-6 students respectively. Students were intrigued and tried to code to tackle the tasks!

Enhance the AI and STEAM learning and teaching with our all-round education solution
Applicable to the “Knowing More About IT” Programme and “IT Innovation Lab in Secondary Schoos” initiative

CodeN’Sim
CodeN’Sim, the coding platform developed by Tumptech provides a comprehensive coding education continuum to primary to secondary schoolers. Via gamified missions and experiments, it unlocks students’ interests into icon-based programming, block-based programming, Python and coding for AI applications. With LEGO® Education learning sets engaged, O2O teaching and learning is also made feasible, adding more hands-on fun to class!

Trumptech joins hands with AI corporation SenseTime Technology to create an AI programme for local primary and secondary students. It covers student courses, workshops and competitions! Students will learn fundamental AI concepts and code to command SenseStorm AI robots via the platform CodeN’Sim!
